The IEB takes a Hard Look in the Mirror

The Chair (David Cannon) started the year with a promise to communicate frequently and openly about the itSMF International Executive Board (IEB). In the 5 months since taking office I have sent two formal communications (not often enough) with promises of information about developments. In this issue of Board Talk, you will find an open and frank update of the state of the IEB, and the movement as a whole.
