New Board elected for itSMF Finland

IT Service Management Forum Finland has new Board and Chairman. Mr. Jukka Rautakallio was chosen to be the new Chairman. He has a wide experience on IT Service Management domain and he holds a position of ITSM Program Leader in Fortum, the leading Power and Heat company in Nordic Countries.

The 2008 itSMF Finland Conference will be taking place 09 - 10 October in Helsinki and the Finnish Events committee are looking for relevant presentations.
ITIL version 3 sets more focus on the people, their changing roles and on how to professionally manage the change in the organization. We have chosen our leading theme this year to be the Change.
