Shari Brunette - Chair
Shari is a Sr. Consultant at Aeritae Consulting Group, located in St. Paul, MN, USA. She is an experienced consultant who works with companies in the areas of Organizational Leadership and Transformation, Strategic Planning, IT Service Management, and Emerging Leadership Programs. She frequently works with Sr. Leadership in the development of IT Strategy, Roadmaps, and the assessment of Enterprise Programs.
Having worked in the IT industry for over 30 years, she has experience in Applications Management, Portfolio and Program Management, Service Ownership and Operations, Vendor Management, and Global Enterprise Process implementations.
She holds certifications in IT Service Management, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re-engineering. She has a MST degree and is an active member of a local College of Business Advisory Council. Having been active in IT Service Management, she has held local and national roles. She has been active in the local community of itSM in Minnesota for many years and has just finished serving on the ITSMF USA Board in the positions of President, President Elect, and Treasurer.

Kathryn Heaton - Vice Chair
Kathryn joined the International Executive Board in January 2015 and has been involved in the Australian Chapter for 10 years, starting in 2004. Kathryn has held many positions in the Australian Chapter including
- A member of the South Australian committee for 10 years
- Secretary of the National Board
- National Events Director, particularly involved in running the Australian conference in August each year
- Membership Director on the National Board
- and most recently Chairman of the Australian National Board recently handing this over to Brad Busch after 4 years in the role
Kathryn is the Founder of “LeapSheep”, a company that specialises in Leadership, Collaboration and Networks, to help businesses to build and scale their capability leading to accelerated growth. She left the corporate world after 25 years working in the Service Delivery space for Westpac, IBM, EDS, Hewlett Packard, South Australian Water Corporation and Origin Energy.
Kathryn lives in Adelaide with her Partner and has 3 children - she was motivated to join the International board to increase and improve the capabilities and services that can be leveraged by the chapters. This will help them to improve their value to members leading to a vibrant and knowledgeable community. Kathryn says that “since I joined the International Board I have been impressed and encouraged by the level of collaboration and engagement that we are seeing across the globe, and I will do everything I can to support both the Board and Chapters to build our Forum”

Michael Imhoff Neilson - Director
Working with client relations, process design, assessment, education Michael is Chair of the board of itSMF Denmark board and is accountable for strategy, governance and the publications committee. Michael is also a Member of itSMF International Qualification and Certification Executive Sub Committee, a Senior member of Danish IT Society (Dansk IT) and a Silver member of ISACA.
His Specialities include: ITSM, ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT, MOF, Governance, network management, Management of Organizational Change (MOC)

Ulf Myrberg - Director of Qualifications,
Certifications, Standards & Communication
Ulf has been a member of itSMF for about 15 years. For the past 8 years he has served as a member of the board of directors of the Swedish chapter. He was also one of the founders of the chapter. He has been member of IPESC and IQaC/IQC since the committees started and has until recently been a member of the Editorial Advisory Taskforce.
Outside his itSMF work he has been working in the ITSM-area for about 20 years. Besides working for HP he has been running his own business for about 14 years. Ulf is the founder and CEO of BiTA Service Management in which he has worked for the last 7 years. A company with 45 employees specialising in consultancy and education in the ITSM-area.
Ulf joins the team at ITSMFI as the Director for Qualifications, Certifications, Standards and Communication and is looking forward to work in the community to safe guard itSMFs interests towards OGC, APMG and other stakeholders in the ITSM community.
He is experienced in starting and running a business in a specific direction. He is very business focused, strategic and result oriented. He would like to extend the transparency in itSMF International and involve all chapters in helping the movement to strive in the right direction. He would like to communicate and involve all chapters in the itSMFI daily work.

Bruce Harvey - Company Secretary
Over a successful career providing consultancy and training to small and medium sized organisations and in multiple management appointments, Bruce has developed extensive experience in corporate governance, enterprise and operational risk management, strategic development, sales and marketing, financial management and administration.
Bruce is a qualified Civil Engineer and Municipal Building Surveyor and hold a Certificate in Co-operative Management and a Masters in Applied Finance. He is also a graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michelle Crawford - General Administration
Michelle commenced her role as the International Administration Officer in July 2014, when Australia was successful in bidding for the Administrative Contract
She also continues in her role as the Admin Officer for the Australian Chapter, which she started in June 2011.
The administration role encompasses everything from processing the mail, answering phone calls & incoming email enquiries, booking flights and accommodation, paying suppliers, purchasing stationery, looking after petty cash & expense claims, reconciling accounts, processing seminar feedback, updating member information, invoicing, and specifically for the international community, collating International contacts, keeping a register of legal documents, attending International meetings, sending out emails and following up with Chapter Chairs
Michelle has enjoyed a long career in office administration and has many years of experience in a variety of different sectors, including manufacturing, mining, tourism & electrical.

Sheryl Kingsley - Marketing Administration
