Auspices for the Conference for 2018

Prof. ing. Jiří Voříšek, CSc., university teacher and scientist for areas of SSME (Service Science Management and Engineering), strategic management of information systems, system integration, methodology for development and operation of IS / ICT and methodology for outsourcing of IS / ICT, ASP (2018).

Below is motto, blocks and topics of the conference 2018

The program of the conference is being prepared in cooperation with itSMF UK and itSMF International. One of Keynotes was confirmed by, among others, the great foreign speakers Paul Wilkinson and Ian MacDonald.

Motto:

Let us control and manage the IT and do not let us the IT to control and manage us. Similarly, in the STAR WARS movie, where the Jedis controlled the power and drive it, we take a closer look at how the IT can be enhanced further by training and how to fight its dark side. Let the power go with you!

Topic:

Come and get inspired by the experiences of others. Draw a positive energy. Listen to how to fight the dark side of IT.

Service Management is a basic building block not only for IT. At the time of the cloud, security issues are even more up to date. Ubiquitous dangers lurk behind every step. What are the trends in IT in 2018? What are the practical experiences of our speakers, how did they deal with Waterfall vs. Agile, What's New in the Service Desk, etc.

 

Conference blocks:

1.   Service management a basic building block not only for IT (Quality and management of IT service. How to use the experience of service management for other areas - HR, Finance, Facility, etc.)

2.   Security & Cloud (How an approach to IT Security has changed in recent years; GDPR is approaching; Your data in the Cloud; What to (not) click on emails ...)

3.   New Trends and Approaches in the IT Service Desk, ITIL. And what happened in the IT4IT, DevOps, Agile vs. Waterfall areas last year. How automation and digitization will contribute to day-to-day IT activities.
