About the conference
The aim of this year's conference is to assist management in companies and public administration organizations in managing the performance of organizations with IT support, and using the best practices, methods and techniques within IT branch.
IT can be operated either simply or complicated, however, what way and when is the right one? This issue and much more will be addressed at this year's annual conference of itSMF Czech Republic. Together we will be thinking over whether the simplicity means a higher quality of service for less money? Or whether it may be sometimes the contrary? Or are there more routes leading to optimal quality and optimal cost? What are they? At this year's conference we jointly have a look at practical examples of where simplicity proved and where on the contrary, the quality requires more sophisticated solutions.
This year's conference will be held under the supervision of two organizers whose are itSMF Czech Republic and the Czech Association of IT Managers and therefore we can again look forward to a two-day conference, for which we have prepared lectures divided into four basic blocks:
- Simple or Complex IT? (Where is the optimum in terms of human rights, processes and information security?)
- Software as a Service in the commercial sector
- Enterprise Architecture (pros and cons of using this approach in Governance and Public Sector)
- Software as a Service in the public sector
