Workshop - "The tools able to help to better understand and operate ITIL processes?"

itSMF Slovakia is planning to organize a Workshop day on October 8th, 2009 in Pezinok, Slovakia. The topic of the workshop is: "The tools able to help to better understand and operate ITIL processes?"

The main goal is to start the discussion between suppliers and customers concerning the several open issues: topics related to the existing tools´ requirements, the analysis of different functionalities and the imperfections identified by customers during tools´ operation (between the best practices description and tools features).

The workshop will create the possibility for the suppliers to present and to promote the last information about the tools enabling to automate and simplify the business processes and to reach a cost saving or a work efficiency.

The program is splitted into two sessions. The first part will include the suppliers´ business presentation where they can present their last news. The second part will consist of the customers´ presentations which will provide the feedback related to the operation and quality of the implemented tools.
