An Update of ITIL V3

Event Details

Please
join us for the next itSMF Ireland event at 6pm on Thursday April 24th  at
DIT (room 1077 – opposite library), Aungier St, Dublin 2.

 

On
April 24th, members of the itSMF committee will present on “An update
on ITIL® version 3” where we will give an overview on V2 versus V3, what is
happening in the market with V3 and an update on the V3 accreditation
programme.

The
event will be followed by a tea & coffee reception.
