itSMF Switzerland invites you to attend the presentation of its latest Working Group report and to participate in the ensuing debate, on the theme:

Service Management, Portfolio Management,
Programme Management, Project Management – How/Who/Why/What?

This presentation-discussion is the follow-up to the activities of itSMF Switzerland’s
Round Table organized during the last 5 months of 2007, with the participation of IT organizations that have been using ITIL.

Based on ITIL 2 and ITIL 3 best practices, as
well as the internal practices of the participants, the Round Table was principally concerned with exchanges around the theme of the Change Management and Project Management processes, asking whether they are in competition or are
complementary. The results and concrete proposals will be presented, following by an open discussion.

The meeting-debate will take place on Thursday, 19 June 2008 from 10:15 to 12:15 at the Hotel Warwick, 14 rue de Lausanne, 1201 Genève, across the street from Cornavin station in Geneva. It will be followed by a cocktail offered by itSMF
Switzerland.
