Seminar: People, Processes & Performance

City

RBS Williams F1, Grove, Oxfordshire

Event Details

ITIL may now have evolved into version 3
but some things never change: people are fundamental to everything, be
they the IT staff who design the systems, the technical staff who
implement and support them or the customers who use them. Proven
processes have to be in place for IT systems to be successful and
performance is of paramount importance to keep customers (and our
bosses!) happy.

This seminar will address these three key areas
of People, Process and Performance. When implementing something new,
resistance to change is often overlooked; one of the presentations will
explain why resistance is natural and how to deal with it when it
occurs, as it surely will. For a Process we have chosen Problem
Management for an interactive session based on a real-life case study,
and another presentation will discuss the topic of Performance.

Whether
your organisation is already well advanced in adopting ITIL or just
about to set out on a life-changing journey, there will be something of
interest for you.

This prestigious venue is the HQ of the
RBS Williams F1 racing team, situated close to the A34 near Oxford. The
Drivers Suite consists of the Ayrton Senna Room with built in stage and
AV, Piers Courage Room and Alan Jones Bar for the catering and
exhibition. There will also be the opportunity for exhibitors and
delegates to look round the famous Williams F1 collection, with cars
from the various ages on display. http://www.williamsf1conferences.com/
