Seminar: Maintaining ISO/IEC 20000
City
Event Details
ISO/IEC 20000 is the International
Service Management Standard that enables IT organisations to ensure and
prove that the services they provide are aligned to globally accepted
best practices. The Standard can apply equally to in-house, outsourced
or multi-sourced environments. The benefit of aligning to the ISO/IEC
20000 Standard is that processes are place which will allow IT and the
business to work together in a controlled and mutually acceptable way.
More
and more organisations have already successfully achieved ISO/IEC 20000
accreditation. However, achieving the accreditation is though only the
first step; as part of the accreditation means that organisations are
required to show ongoing activities that measure and improve on
performance within IT Service Management. This seminar will give you
advice and guidance on ways that you can achieve, maintain and improve
your ISO/IEC 20000 accreditation and, most importantly, deliver
improved IT Services.
This seminar is essential for all those organizations wishing to gain a globally recognised Standard.
The
seminar will be held at the interactive naval attraction Action
Stations in Portsmouth's historic harbour area. Action Stations is a
unique visitor attraction complete with a 275 seat auditorium and full
AV facilities. The exhibition and catering will be held within the
science and technology gallery to enable delegates to meet with ITSM
vendors in amongst the naval displays.
