<p>I am working for Bank of America as Global Technology &amp; Operations - Unit Manager, System Engineer graduated (1999 Class) of Universidad Nacional located in Costa Rica, I had the opportunity to enjoy ITIL best practices area since December 2000 (+12 years experience in ITIL world), I achieved five difference certifications on this field: ITIL V2 Foundations (2001), ITIL  V2 Practitioner Support and Restore (IPSR - 2007), ISO 20000 Internal Auditor (BSI - 2008), ITIL V2 Manager (2011) and ITIL V3 Expert (2011). My professional objective is to continue to grow on ITIL area and share my knowledge with IT community through our new chapter in Costa Rica. I am working on this new chapter formalization with Olivier Jara Phillips and our goal is to formalize it during this year 2011.
