Renato Baisa

Renato, ITIL certified and MBA, is a Business Analyst of ICTSI’s Information Technology section, Global IT, with industry recognitions and affiliations. He is currently responsible for the improvement, implementation and compliance monitoring of major enterprise IT governance areas. Renato is also responsible for the assessment and design of information security policies, procedures, guidelines and standards, co-authored the project portfolio management process, global information technology landscapes, business continuity and disaster recovery plan risk assessment, and business system assessment and selection. He is experienced in COBIT 4.1, ITIL, ISO 27001/27002, BS 25999, IT Risk Mgmt., Balanced Scorecard, CMMI, Six Sigma and other relevant IT standards.
