The Finnish chapter continues to grow
During 2007 the number of our members continued to grow. Delightfully many organizations decided to join the Finnish chapter and also use our services. "The annual main activity - our 2-day conference - was very successful last autumn and now we are looking forward to grow number of participants for this year's conference", comments Mr. Rautakallio.
"All in all we are planning to invest more in activities during the year in order to bring more value to our members, as an example we will offer our member organizations free of charge briefings on the ITSM Survey we finalized in April 2008. The survey as a whole offered very interesting results and perspectives to the Finnish ITSM domain. Our main focus will be in helping our members to implement ITIL best practices in their organizations, not
just talk about it” states Mr. Rautakallio.
