A PMP, ITIL® and CobiT® certified Service Manager, Mike Costigan is a lead member of Computer Sciences Corporation’s IT Service Management Training and Consulting Team. Mike has practiced business service management for over 11 years since his retirement from the U.S. Army, and actively applied IT Service Management best practices for several U.S. Federal government organizations over the last six years. As a former Information Engineer and trained facilitator, Mike understands technology and is adept at gleaning business requirements, strategically integrating information technology service solutions into the business.
