Webinar Synopsis

Measurements - where do you start? What can you measure? What should you measure? How should you measure it? So many questions!

It is often said that measuring something can change the behavior of individuals. This can be used tactically by identifying a number of key measurements and providing report information in a meaningful format which will enhance the overall performance of service management. This webinar focuses on how putting the right measurements in place can help increase performance and even staff motivation.

Presentation Outline

"Measuring something can change the behaviour of individuals" or so it's said. But to achieve this any metrics supplied must be consistent and creditable. People, also have to believe in them.

How many times have you heard "The financial system was available 99.98% last week" and how many times have you thought - prove it!

Hopefully we shall and in a way you'll believe.

Main Takeaway Points:

  • Resources are at a premium and so are the expectations of the business. We need to measure in a way which provides true value as efficiently as possible.
  • Belief in the figures is as important as the figures themselves.
  • Obtain one figure or one graph as a KPI, ensure people believe it in and base your actions upon it.

This webinar is free to register for and we thank LANDesk Software for Sponsoring this event.
