itSMFI CLC Update - including draft agenda and Booking link

The itSMFI IEB have some great plans in store for our second Annual Chapter Leadership Conference, to be held this year in Barcelona, Spain.  We've been working diligently to plan a program that builds on last year's success and has taken your feedback into account.  To do this, we are planning a 2-day mix of plenary sessions, workshops and breakouts.  While the event program is still being finalized, we'd like to offer you a sneak peak into what's been planned to date.  Here are several items of note to keep in mind as you review the program:

• The remaining plenary sessions are being selected based on the results of the survey you completed earlier this year and the priorities of the organization.
• Some of the breakouts will be further broken out by Chapter maturity levels so Chapters may work with others of a similar maturity level, experiencing similar challenges.
• We're planning ample time for networking!

If you're planning to bring a special someone along, we will have a separate program prepared for them when they arrive.  This will let them know when our receptions and dinner events start and will also provide them with information about some optional local activities being planned for them.

Lastly, the itSMF Spain cordially invites all CLC attendees to also register for the itSMF España International Conference, which will be held at the same hotel as the CLC Monday and Tuesday, 26 & 27 of October.  They are pleased to offer all
international Chapters the same discount as members of itSMF Spain, which means the full conference and exhibition for 2 days, hotel for Monday night (with breakfast included) and the Gala Dinner for only €500  (representing a 50% discount from €1000).  The conference will be in English as well as Spanish.
