itSMF USA - Call for Presentations

itSMF USA’s is now looking for presentations for its Fusion 08 Conference, which takes place on September 7-10 2008 in San Francisco. Presentations and workshops, at this conference offer attendees exposure to ITSM's positive affects on delivery of IT services.

In addition to the standard presentations, two-hour workshops, and four-hour workshops, there are a number of customer case study presentations and panel discussions available in conjunction with event sponsorship packages.
