itSMF UK 2010 Conference - Call for Papers

The itSMF UK Annual Conference and Exhibition call for papers is now open.  The conference is taking place on the 8th & 9th November in a brand new location - The Novotel London West Hotel. 

We are asking potential speakers to submit their papers within one or two of the chosen five areas:

  • Lessons Learned
  • Continual Service Improvement
  • People
  • Tips & Techniques
  • Back to Basics

The deadline for submissions is the 8th March 2010.
