itSMF Slovakia's 2013 AGM

Annual general assembly of itSMF Slovakia was held on January 23rd 2013 in Bratislava.
Several important topics were on the agenda :

- the Chairmanship´ annual report concerning itSMF activities during previous year
- proposed targets and planned activities for the oncoming period
- planned conferences, workshops and suggested budget
- New Executive and Supervisory Boards members election

The members of itSMF Slovensko appreciated, commented and accepted Annual report presented by former Chairman - Mr. Ivan Maktúra, former Supervisory Board Chair - Mr. Kovačič And Financial Manager - Mr. Miroslav Havelka.
Slovak chapter is keeping stable financial situation despite tough economic situation.
Number of members is slightly increasing but we still need to focus on activity of users.

Elections to Executive and Supervisory Board bring some changes:

New Chapter Chairman of Executive Board is Mr. Tomáš Hettych, formerly Vice Chairman.
New Vice Chair is Mr. Ivo Kovačič, formerly Chairman of Supervisory Board.
Executive Board and Supervisory board were also joined by a few other member to rise the new challenges in new roles.
