itSMF Slovakia's 2010 AGM

Two years of IT Service Management Forum Slovakia existence were celebrated in December 2009. Second annual general assembly was held on February 18th 2010 in Bratislava.

The general assembly approved a number of articles amendments. All of them will contribute to better functioning and increased efficiency of itSMF Slovakia. They are based on the experiences gained during two years performance. Several important topics were on the agenda of the general assembly meeting - the Chairmanship´ annual report concerning itSMF activities during previous two years, proposed targets and planned activities for following two years, suggested budget and new management members' election.

The members of itSMF Slovensko appreciated the attained outputs and the performed activities from the establishment of Slovak chapter driven by its management. Based on reached results Mr. Ivan Makatúra (chapter chairman), Mr. Pavol Holbík (vicechairman), Mr. Ivo Kovačič (chairman of Supervisory board) and each of former members of Executive Board and Supervisory board were confirmed in their positions again with majority of votes.

A lot of new activities and interesting events are in preparation for next two years for all members. The first of them is upcoming 2010 Annual Conference. The leading theme of Annual Conference is "20th anniversary of creating ITIL standards", where Lynda Cooper will be the keynote speaker.
