itSMF Ireland AGM & Membership Event

itSMF Ireland (www.itsmf.ie) are pleased to announce that their AGM will take place in the Camden Court Hotel, Dublin on Thursday May 27th. This is a key event for the Chapter and we encourage all members to make every effort to attend.

Preceding the AGM we are delighted to announce that one of our own members, Mark O'Loughlin will launch his new book The Service Catalog.

The Service Catalog:

As part of the launch Mark will present on the subject of the service catalog. Attendees will be included in a draw for 5 copies of the book, kindly provided by Van Haren Publishing.

The Service Catalog means many different things to many different people. However most would agree that a catalog that helps customers and users to quickly identify the services they require clearly adds value. In turn this helps organizations identify key services that support business processes, understand the contribution made by those services and manage them appropriately.

This well constructed book provides practical advice and information that will help organizations to understand how to design and develop a service catalog and to understand the role that the service catalog performs within the service portfolio.

The closing date for booking for both events is Monday May 24th.

The service catalog event is open members and non-members. The AGM is restricted to members.
