itSMF International is very pleased to announce the publication of the first ITIL V3 core book in French

"Exploitation des Services" (Service Operation) is available in two versions - book (ISBN 9780113311477) or PDF (ISBN 9780113311484), and joins the recently announced French version of the "Introduction to the ITIL Service Lifecycle" (book 9780113311453 and PDF 9780113311491). These translations were the result of many hours of dedication by members of itSMF France, supported by reviewers from the other French-speaking chapters. Service Transition is currently in production, with the remaining books in the Suite following shortly.

The French books join a growing library of ITIL V3 core translations. The whole Lifecycle Suite is now available in German and Japanese (in book and PDF versions) along with the Introduction in Korean.

Translations into Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese will be published soon, with several other languages in preparation.
