itSMF International IEB Portfolio Change Announcement

Peter Cross, Director of Chapter Governance, who was elected at the itSMF 2009 elections, has announced his decision to step down from itSMF governing body, the International Executive Board (IEB). After consultation with the IEB Chairman, David Cannon, in June, 2010, his decision has been accepted. The itSMF thanks Peter for his continued support and involvement and wishes him the best for his professional challenges in the future.

The IEB has appointed Alejandro Debenedet, the itSMF Argentina Director of International Relations and an active member of itSMF since 2003, to the role of temporary Director of Chapter Governance at the IEB until December 2010. Alejandro has expressed his desire to seek for a continuation through the coming elections. The itSMF wishes Alejandro all the best in his new responsibility.
