itSMF Hong Kong 2008 AGM

The Executive Committee of the itSMF Hong Kong
Chapter cordially invites all Chapters' members to its 2008 Annual General
Meeting (AGM) on 30th May 2008 (Friday). Details are as follows:-

The purpose of the AGM will be to hear and be presented the
auditor's report for 2007, a review of the activities from 2007 and the
directions and aspirations of the Hong Kong chapter for 2008.

In
addition, the AGM will also see the election of 8 Executive Committee members
for 2008 to replace the retired council members on the Executive Committee. All
nomination forms for new council members must be returned to Hong Kong Chapter
Office on or before 20th May, 2008.

All
members are encouraged to stay behind after the AGM and continue to network with
your fellow members. Finger snacks and drinks will be served at the meeting
venue.

If you are member of the Hong Kong Chapter and unable to attend
the AGM, please forward your completed proxy form back to our office at 19th,
168 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong on or before 27th May,
2008.

The Executive Committee looks forward to having your great
