itSMF e-Symposium - Call for Speakers - October 2008

itSMF UK are looking for experienced presenters for future monthly itSMF e-Symposiums. These are available to register (for Free) and view at http://itsmf.brighttalk.com. They start at 14:00 (London, UK time) and last for 3 hours.

The next e-Symposium that they are looking for speakers are:

September 18th: Service Catalog 

October 16th: Green IT - This will provisionally cover areas like:

• Capacity Management
• Power Management
• Environmental Responsibility, Impacts & Legislation
• Data Centre Efficiency & Consolidation

Each itSMF e-Symposium programme is made up of four 45-minute presentations. The experts present from their desk using the telephone to speak and the internet to push their slides. The audience tunes in on the live day by logging into the e-Symposium homepage (http://itsmf.brighttalk.com) and launching the live player through which they receive the audio stream (through their speakers/headphones) and see the slides. The player also allows delegates to submit live questions to the speaker, chat with other delegates, download the presentations and access the sponsor information.
