itSMF Belgium 2009 Conference

The 2009 itSMF Belgium Conference - An ITSM Odyssey, will take place at the Metropolis in Antwerp on 19th March 2009.

A Space Odyssey, a journey through to that ‘final frontier'. Not many of us will get the chance to experience ‘zero gravity', to see the earth from above (or indeed below), to be a space pioneer.

We have challenges of a more earthly nature, not ‘once in a life time' opportunities of space exploration!
We have more the every day challenges we face in our constantly changing world of Service Management.

The parallel between space and Service Management is enormous! Travelling in space, a journey littered with unknowns, pretty much like sitting at your desk in the office! Which meteor-storm (or e-mail) or malfunction will hit next? What will be the next event to make us redirect our course?

If only we had a ‘Mission Control' to help and guide us in the difficult world of Service Management.
