We are pleased to announce the 4th Regional itSMF Conference, taking place on May 27-28, 2010 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Following the three regional conferences hosted by the Slovenian, Croatian and Macedonian chapters, this year conference is hosted by itSMF Bosnia and Herzegovina Chapter.

The goal of this conference is to get like-minded IT Service Management professionals together and to share their experiences. By developing understanding of service management they will gain a better knowledge of how implementation of Best Practices within their organization will improve their processes and procedures.

Over 100 delegates and more than 30 exhibitors from Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina visited the previous three regional conferences. This year we expect to have delegates from newly joined chapter from Serbia and emerging chapters Bulgaria and Albania.

Guests from the region are welcomed.
