Test post made inside a Group (user has used Create Story from inside Executive Panel Block).
Story audience defaults to Exec only.
When content created outside the Group default is PUBLIC.
Advice - always create Group content INSIDE the Group. However errors can be fixed by Admin who can edit the Audience.
