I am an ITSM Consultant and Trainer. I've been ITIL Service Manager certified since 1998. I've been teaching all levels of ITIL certification for the past 3 years and the Foundation Level for the past 5 years. I am on the Board of Directors for itSMF Canada and have been since April 2006.
