The performance and the capabilities of tools having a CMDB (ITIL V2) or a CMS (ITIL V3) are at the heart of current concerns and discussions.

Dynamic graphics representations, impact measurements, traceability are many subjects leading to many questions and
polemics concerning these functionalities.

This is why itSMF Switzerland has asked editors for functional, "live" software demonstrations that will be presented during these two conferences.

These dynamic demonstrations will include:

      measurement following an exceptional event detected by a monitoring tool
    • Impact
      measurement supporting a new service change, an OS patch on servers or an
      upgrade of a database
