Call for Papers - itSMF Finland Conference - 8-9 October 2009

The 2009 itSMF Finland Conference will be taking place 08 - 09 October in Espoo area and the Finnish Events committee is looking for relevant presentations.

We are looking for speakers who are willing to share their practical experiences and lessons learned with ITIL processes and the inevitable change. The audience will be eager to hear the experiences with ITIL, where you succeeded and which mistakes you learned from.

Here below some examples of the suggested presentations themes:

  • Measuring and steering
  • IT Strategy, IT Governance, ISO20000, CobiT, SOX, Sfia
  • Service Transition
  • Practical ITIL implementation experiences
