New International Executive Board (IEB) Board announces new Chair and Portfolio holders for 2012

Following the AGM and Chapter meeting in Washington in 2011 and a handover meeting last week the International Executive Board (IEB) has now appointed Marianna Billington as their chair for the coming year.

Marianna spent the last year as the IEB's vice-chair and has also held the publications portfolio for the last 2 years.

itSMF International is pleased to announce the winner of the 2011 Whitepaper Competition. This year's event was won by Peter Brooks from itSMF South Africa with a paper entitled "Business Analysis and Service Management - How BABOK complements ITIL"

The entries this year were of a very high standard and I would like to thank our judging panel for the efforts made to select the winning paper.
