Prague (January 2013) - At the 7th itSMF Annual Conference of the Czech Republic, subtitled "Business and IT in the same boat" which took place on the 31st of October 2012 in Prague, the winners of the second annual competition for the best project in the field of IT Service Management were announced. The project of Devoteam titled "Implementation of Configuration Management System" for KB (Komercni Banka) - won the first place. Second place went to project "Service Desk" by Tesco SW for customer CNB (Ceska Narodni Banka).

Ashley's Big Challenge

Colin Rudd, John Windebank, Ben Clacy, Mark Lillycrop, Rosemary Gurney and Barry Corless are running the Reading Half Marathon on 17 March for Macmillan Cancer Support, on behalf of well known itSMF UK Paul Rappaport award winner Ashley Hanna, who has nominated the charity.

Training is already proving a challenge, so they would really appreciate your donations and support to keep them going.

Prague (December 2011) - At the 6th ItSMF Annual Conference of the Czech Republic, subtitled "How to draw business into IT management," which took place on 9 November 2011 in Prague, the winners of the first year of competition for the best project in the field of IT Service Management were announced. The project of Devoteam titled "Weezy - Sharing know-how and information" focused on management of knowledge (Knowledge Management) won first place.

The first in the new style itSMF UK Webinar's with a topic of "Measuring for Performance" will be taking place on Tuesday 14th September starting at 14:00, and lasting for 1 hour
