Call for Papers:

The call for presentations for ITSM13, the itSMF UK Annual Conference and Exhibition 2013, is open with submissions needed by 1st March 2013. This year the world's leading IT service management conference will be at the International Convention Centre in central Birmingham on the 4th & 5th November.

We are looking for:

Annual general assembly of itSMF Slovakia was held on January 23rd 2013 in Bratislava.

Several important topics were on the agenda :

- the Chairmanship´ annual report concerning itSMF activities during previous year
- proposed targets and planned activities for the oncoming period
- planned conferences, workshops and suggested budget

itSMF Hellas announces the 6th itSMF South East Europe conference due to be held in Athens on the 18th and 19th of April 2013. The mission of this itSMF regional conference is to provide opportunities for collaboration of IT professionals and service managers across national borders, to demonstrate ITSM good practice, share their existing views and generate new knowledge in an area IT Service Management.

The itSMF South Africa Chapter is holding a Book launch, sponsored by Service-Now. The book 'An Integrated Requirements Process' is published by itSMF International.

The next itSMF UK ITSM Software Tools Forum event will take place on 25th January 2013 at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in Central London. There will be a range of Exhibitors along with presentations from 6 key software vendor members of itSMF UK.

Finding the right ITSM products and implementing them correctly is a challenge for any organization, and keeping abreast of the latest software developments is becoming increasingly difficult as users have less nd less time available to explore the options.

itSMF UK's ITSM Software Tools Forum offers an nprecedented opportunity to bring vendors, onsultants and potential buyers together under one roof to discuss product selection and implementation.

The 6th itSMF South-East Europe Conference will take place in Athens. The mission of this itSMF regional event is to provide opportunities for collaboration of renewed IT professionals and service managers across national borders, to demonstrate ITSM good practice, share their existing and generate new knowledge in an area IT Service Management.
