ITIL V3 Foundation

I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with over 11 years of experience in Quality and Operations Excellence. I am currently working as a Lead Consultant in Wipro Consulting Services. My focus areas are IT Services and Operations excellence, benchmarking and cost optimization.

I am new to ITIL and we are implementing it at my place of work.

Since 1988 I have worked with large companies as Configuration Management Manager, Change Manager, Quality Assurance Lead and a few other titles. In January I passed my ITIL V3 Foundation. I have CMMI Introduction and have worked in companies using Serena and Rational tools and following Prince 2, 6-Sigma, PMBok, COBIT, ISO, etc. Able to define from Policy to delivery and maintenance. Seeks bi-directional traceability. Very driven and motivated. Having finished a short term contract at IBM for a large media company (look upwards!), I am now available for roles that will use my experience and flexibility plus my leadership and team player attributes. I am worked as Incident , Change , Problem , Availability Manager for a reputed organization. Also involved in consulting and implementation approaches for Incident and change.
