I work for UXC and contracted to TAC, where I am the Team Leader for Desktop team. Where I manage accounts, stock control and over seeing all aspects of the business, to projects and Documentation.

I have been working in Hewlett Packard Mexico since 1996, last 10 years in Technology Services and I am business development consultant as ell as operation or business processes consultant. I teach postgraduate level about BPM, MOC ans ITSM.
