Am currently working with Microsoft Enterprise Platform Support as a team manager in its Setup function. Though Micorosft follows the Microsoft Official Framework(MOF), it is a very close adaptation of ITIL framework. I am leading a team of 17 engineers who are constantly involved in the incidence management process.
Before this I was working as an engineer in the Small Business Server function/unit of the Microsoft EPS.
I currently offer free lance consulting for implementation of the IT Service Management and am also interested in delivering training for the ITIL V3 foundation course.
