About Me:
I'm working at Portugal Telecom - Sistemas de Informação (PT-SI), that provides SI/TI to the major telco organization in Portugal, with business interests in Brazil, Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Morocco, Cape Vert, Guiné, São Tomé e Príncipe, between others organizations.
I'm responsible for Quality of Service, Service Level Management, Penalties & Rewards in PT-SI.
I'm also Coordinator of Events Section in itSMF portuguese chapter, since 2004.
