I'm from Mongolia. I'm working in Mobile operator company as a manager of Network Performance Management Department. Starting from end of 2009 our company working to implement ITILV3 standard processes. Currently we implemented 5 processes (Change Management, Incident Management, Escalataion Management, Test Management, Trouble Ticketing System). This is the first time that we trying implement standard processes in our company, therefore we are facing a lot of problem. And I would like to study best practices and would like to earn more about ITILV processes.

Have a keen interest in the IT Service Management space. Have done my ITIL v3 Foundation Certification and am starting on the other modules as i work towards being an ITIL Expert. I would like to become a trainer and impart knowledge to my IT counterparts.
