I'm working as a Practise Area Leader for ICT Infrastructure and IS/IT manager. Our company have some services that are hosted by subcontractors and we need to handle SLAs towards them and also our customers and ensure that the whole service is covered with useful SLAs and that the service is managed accross all parties.

I am currently employeed at Aker Solutions, Oslo, Norway as a Senior Consultant where I work with Capacity and Availablity Management. I have worked in this field for 3 years. The capacity modeling tool I use at work is developed by TeamQuest. We use this tool to gather performance data and then insert this information into the modeling tool.

Administrating computers for 12 years now. Been assigned the task to establish a service catalog for my company. Have been studying ITIL for more than a year, and have finished the ITIL foundation ver 3 course.
