I have worked in the Telco industry for 11 years with 5 of those years in the ICT space. My primary experience is from an Operational perspective learning from the ground up (patching thru to softchanges and copious amounts of process writing.  My forte is 'getting the job done' which may mean working outside of my remit to do so, however I do enjoy a challenge and always welcome critisim/feedback/or sharing of information.  I'm big on Service Improvement but get very frustrated when I dont see existing processes used but people complaining service improvement is needed.  Grrr.  I have also been part of a project to gain ISO20k accreditation using the ITIL framework.

About Me: 
I am the CEO of Connector Systems Ltd. We started life as a distributor of IT goods, mainly structured cabling, networking and unified communications. Over the past 5 years as we expanded our services to support the management of large government Infrastructure Upgrades, we expanded into project governance. To support this area we developed a collaborative on-line tool to support our processes associated with management of this projects, control over third parties involved from our remote project office, and reporting and authorisation requirements with the clients we supported. Over the past year we have developed an international version of this application, and are seeking to understand more about IT Service Management, and how we can ensure our application provides value to the wider IT management market.
