I am interested in learning more on ITIL V3, especially on Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.

I'm ITIL V3 manager certified. I work for the company which provides IT outsourcing service to customers. I specialized in designing ITIL processes and implementing them to organization. I also have many experiences to implement ITSM solutions including HP's, BMC's and in-house products.I have been worked in ITIL projects since 2004 and have been involved in total ITIL related projects such as process design, solution implementation and ISO/IEC 20000 certification. I have broaden and deepen knowledges and expriences in incident management and service level management process. I hope I will be one of Guru in IT service management field in the world.

I am is an ITIL V3 certified professional with over five and half years of experience in Production Management (ITIL streams) which includes, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management. I have been involved with Production Management roles for Global Leaders like, Unilever, Morgan Stanley, The Nielsen Company, etc.
