I am is an ITIL V3 certified professional with over five and half years of experience in Production Management (ITIL streams) which includes, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management. I have been involved with Production Management roles for Global Leaders like, Unilever, Morgan Stanley, The Nielsen Company, etc.

Passed my ITIL Manager's certification, acting as Business Critical Consultant Performing ITSM Assessments, IT Service Continuity practicing and som Change & Config management going for V3 Manager's bridge soon.

I work for HP in the demo development, we are working in BAC product which was developed for IT and business perspective. we have sla modules, and more. Our product support ITIL v3.

I am the founder and the current chair person of the Israeli chapter

<p>My name is Benny Kamin. </p><p>I am the founder and the President of itSMF Israel chapter. I am the ITIL pioneer specialist in Israel. On early 1999 I performed the first ITIL implementation project while building the ESM system at the Israel Electric Company. After that I performed the first ITIL implementation project in the largest bank in Israel, raising ITIL Release Mgmt. processe. Few years later I establish a CMDB at that bank - the first installation of CMDB in Israel. I am the CEO of I-til Consulting - a consulting company, which specialized in ITIL implementation projects. </p>
