I work in EMC Ireland, in the Executive Briefing Centre, where I present briefings to customers on our Resource Management products and strategy. I am interested in learning more about Resource Management, and bringing this knowledge up to Service Management level, so that I can present on a wider range of topics, from Device Management to Service Oriented Architecture.

I work in Service introduction in TSG GSS, I am with HP 10 years. I have worked in Incident and problem management, and I am presently working in change and release managment from a release to production execution coordinator position. I worked on creating the release and change managment processes within TSG when we first introducted ITSM to HP.
