itSMF Partners

The itSMF has an active programme to work with partner organisations on a Global basis in order to further the ends of Service Management as a discipline.

Global Partner organisations have signed Memoranda of Understanding with the itSMF and we are working together to identify common areas of collaboration and to identify possible join projects.

Global Strategic Partner organisations are actively involved commercially with the itSMF to further the  ends of the movement with significant shared interests, objectives and vision.

The itSMF hopes to enter into agreements with more Global Partners in future and, where appropriate, move with existing Global Partners to a more strategic relationship.

Through its international network of Accredited Consultancy and Training Organisations APM Group helps end users develop their professional skills and organisations improve their processes through the adoption of worldwide best practice.

APM Group's role as OGC's official accreditor for the ITIL Qualification scheme allows us to license Examination Institutes to administer ITIL qualification and accreditation activities.

We work in close partnership with these organizations to approve training organizations and administer examinations.

All  approved Examination Institutes are assessed by independent auditors appointed by The APM Group in accordance with the principles of international best practice standards.

The organizations listed have been granted permission to administer the scheme for ITIL accreditation and qualifications and have a place on the Qualifications Board.
