Description of Overall financial Condition

Cash Flow status: “Weak”

Major Cash flow source is membership
fee. However, membership-base is not expanding and some companies are not paying
their fees. Other sources include book selling and conference revenue.
However, in case of book selling, Korean market size is not big enough to
draw much cash flow. In case of conference, revenue and costs are nearly balanced.

Cash reserves status” Weak”

We have cash reserve equivalent to
about 1 year operating expense.

Recommendations to International Board

It is desirable and will become
necessary in the near future that International support the chapter
financially so that local chapter can have constant cash flow and survive.

For example, since local chapters are
contributing to the successful diffusion of ITIL exam in their areas, portions
of the revenue of International might be allocated to the local chapters
based on the number of applicants.

General consideration
