Marianna Billington is the ITSM Practice Lead for Primoris Consulting Services, Primoris is an Australasian IT Consulting and Integration Service Provider based in Australia and New Zealand. In her current role Marianna enjoys the daily challenge of guiding and supporting companies along their journey in bedding in a best practice framework.
Marianna originally started in the itSMF community by being actively involved as part of the itSMFnz team, initially at branch level as well as serving on the executive team for 3 years in the capacity of Treasurer and Vice Chair. Marianna was also part of the IPESC group and elected into the role of Communications Officer on the IPESC Committee.
Marianna joined the team at ITSMFI as the Director of Publications and Translations and in her two years in that role she has worked closely with the Chief Editor; Kirstie Magowan, and the Editorial Advisory Taskforce to develop and support a Publishing strategy that has enabled the ITSM community to start creating publications under the itSMF International Publications brand that support the Publications vision of thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
Marianna now steps into the role of Chair and is looking forward to serving the members and supporting the International Executive Board, alongside the Chapter Chairs (who have been appointed as members of the board by their local members) in the growth and development of itSMF into a global knowledge network operating with greater unity and strength.
Alejandro Debenedet has been devoted to IT for more than 25 years starting as a Unix service desk support and C Language programmer. He holds ITIL and ISO 20000 Managers certificates.
Alejandro has actively engaged in ITSM as trainer, consultant, certification, book writer and reviewer, sales and marketing. He is a seasoned ITSM and People Factor speaker and writer.
Alejandro is founding member of itSMF Argentina where he collaborated as President, Vice President and International Representative since 2003 and has been engaged in itSMF International Board since 2004 and as Executive Member since July 2010.

Harold has more than 20 year's industry experience, specialising in areas of IT Service Management, Project Management, IT Governance, Outsourcing Management and Organisational Change. He has lived and worked in Asia Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Africa and worked in almost every vertical sector, including Finance, Education, Government, ICT and Energy.
Harold has had significant experience in all aspects of managing an IT organization, including operational responsibility for IT Service Delivery, IT Service Support, System Operations, Project Management, Service Level Management, and Outsourcing Management (as a customer and also as a provider). In his current role as Asia Director and Principal Consultant for Lucid IT, Harold leads organizational change and process improvement projects within IT Organizations in the Asia Pacific region. He combines his ITIL, COBIT, ISO20000, P3O, MSP and PRINCE2 expertise with his extensive practical experience in IT Service Delivery, Project Management and Outsourcing Management across a variety of assignments.
Harold is a master of Electrical Engineering, holds certificates in ITIL (Service Manager in 1994 and all ITIL V3 certificates), ISO20000, COBIT, P3O, MSP and PRINCE2 (Practitioner 1997, Certified Consultant 2008) and has been a trainer and implementer since 1994. In a previous itSMF life, Harold was national committee member and treasurer of itSMF in Australia from 1999 until 2003. He is a regular speaker at events such as itSMF, ISACA, PMI and has written a number of whitepapers. He is married, has two daughters and lives in Singapore.
Hon P Suen is the Head of System Assurance at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, and has 25 years IT Operations experience in Hong Kong and Canada. He was the founding chairman of itSMF Hong Kong Chapter in 2005, and participated in qualification working group of IQC, ITIL books reviews and translation, training, etc.
He has gained experience in chapter governance serving as Honorary Treasurer and VP(Internal) of Hong Kong Computer Society.
He holds qualification in Certified Information System Audit and Certified Software Tester.
Ulf has been a member of itSMF for about 15 years. For the past 8 years he has served as a member of the board of directors of the Swedish chapter. He was also one of the founders of the chapter. He has been member of IPESC and IQaC/IQC since the committees started and has until recently been a member of the Editorial Advisory Taskforce.
Outside his itSMF work he has been working in the ITSM-area for about 20 years. Besides working for HP he has been running his own business for about 14 years. Ulf is the founder and CEO of BiTA Service Management in which he has worked for the last 7 years. A company with 45 employees specialising in consultancy and education in the ITSM-area.
Ulf joins the team at ITSMFI as the Director for Qualifications, Certifications, Standards and Communication and is looking forward to work in the community to safe guard itSMFs interests towards OGC, APMG and other stakeholders in the ITSM community.
He is experienced in starting and running a business in a specific direction. He is very business focused, strategic and result oriented. He would like to extend the transparency in itSMF International and involve all chapters in helping the movement to strive in the right direction. He would like to communicate and involve all chapters in the itSMFI daily work.

Kirstie Magowan is the new Chief Editor for itSMFI.
Graduating from Wellington Polytechnic School of Journalism in 1982, Kirstie briefly worked as a NZ radio reporter before becoming a journalist and photographer for a country newspaper.
After a brief stint in Papua New Guinea as assistant to the Director of the Medical Research Institute, Kirstie returned to New Zealand and back to print journalism.
After pursuing similar roles, she went on to set up a CRM company, which managed customer communications for smaller businesses, and began her venture into IT Service Management.
Since 2004 she has been working as an independent consultant, helping various Australian and New Zealand companies on their ITSM initiatives.
She is an active member of IPESC since 2007, being elected endorsement officer in December of 2007. Kirstie is also publications officer on the New Zealand Chapter board.
She is married with four children.
